Abstract本实用新型提供了一种磁‑电‑热多参量耦合显微镜探针,包括探针臂,以及与探针臂相连的针尖本体,自探针臂与针尖本体表面向外,依次覆盖着热电偶层、导热绝缘层以及磁性导电层;热电偶层与外部电路构成热电回路;磁性导电层与样品、外部电路构成导电回路。该探针结构简单、制备难度低,能够原位微区探测磁电功能材料的磁信号、电信号和热信号,并且能够有效避免热电回路与电回路之间的信号干扰。
