碱木质素对EVA复合材料力学性能的影响

Abstract将两种不同的碱木质素(Lignin A和Lignin B)分别与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)在转矩流变仪中共混后,经平板硫化仪热压成片制得Lignin/EVA复合材料。探究了两种碱木质素的理化性质及其对Lignin/EVA复合材料力学性能的影响。傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)表明Lignin A以紫丁香基基本结构单元为主,Lignin B则以愈创木基、紫丁香基基本结构单元为主;Lignin/EVA复合材料的力学性能测试结果表明Lignin A/EVA复合材料的力学性能比Lignin B/EVA复合材料的力学性能好;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明Lignin A与EVA的共混相容性较Lignin B与EVA的共混相容性好。
